The hotel's central location is perfect, being near to the Serdika metro station and in the center of this city. It is easy to reach from the metro station, making transportation convenient. We found the staff to be very nice and always ready to help. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy. there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The bed was comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, was delicious. I had a wonderful stay at Arte and would highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent, polite and friendly. Perfect room size for solo traveler with attached bathroom. Great location next to Serdika station. Hotel is clean and quiet. Staff is helpful and polite. Good variety at breakfast. Central location, easy access to transportation. Décor and paintings add to the ambiance.
